I know that blocking a bike lane is always not desirable. However, in the case of this driver, I'd have to say that he did block the car lane as well. This does not mitigate his crime, but it's at least equal opportunity. I have noticed that often car drivers are very nice to one another, but they treat bikers like sub-humans. Anyway, there has to be some better way to unload trucks. This looks like it has to happen on a regular basis to unload the truck.
Its a loading dock. It was built as a loading dock and had to be approved prior to construction. That loading dock has been there SINCE before the bike lane. It is not an equal opportunity crime, it is daily business. Don't be a jack ass.
