Parking Authority

Parking Authority car parked in a bike land AND on the sidewalk AND in front of a fire hydrant. That's about $600 worth of violations.... WOW! There were 6 parking spaces available just steps away from where this photo was taken.

Send this photo to authorities. We had a cop park in the bike lane in Nashville and they opened a massive inquiry and the officer was disciplined (just verbally, but) they took it seriously. Don't know what would happen in Philly...
